I define myself as a thoughtful & pragmatic experience designer.

My design process is a human one, and pretty much sums up the way I work with others; I prefer to get it right together, than being right.

My process is iterative and sets up experiences (product & services) for improvement and growth. This involves challenging assumptions, making data-driven decisions based on user research and collaborating with project teams, business stakeholders and end-users, all while upholding usability principles and considerations of emerging tech (and their implications...).
I really believe these are crucial to creating a product, service or experience that is compelling, meaningful and accessible for all.
Softwares: Figma, Dovetail, Miro, Confluence & JIRA as tools for my design work and collaboration.
My Portfolio
Throughout my career, I've played a key role in leading and shaping the user experience for, quite literally, millions of Australians within companies (CBA, Uniting and EY).
My portfolio showcases my range as a designer - from UX research in pursuit of transforming the billing experience at Uniting; defining user flows, prototyping native and responsive interfaces for complex enterprise systems at CBA; establishing baseline and success metrics (user & business) for product growth & improvement at CBA; product strategy for clients at EY and many more.
